Susan Kinzig is attracted to oxidized metals and the warm rich colors and surface textures that can be obtained through controled processes and accidental circumstances. The base metal is sterling silver, blackened to a deep grey, with edges sanded back to silver. The pieces are adornmed with combinations of pearls, semi-precious stones and inlays.
