Husband and wife team, Barbara and David Downey, have put their talents together to create these adorable Jewelry and Earring Holders. Barbara is the painter and creator of the themes, and David constructs the various Jewelry Holders – whether they sit on a dresser, wall or earring tree. They travel the country doing various shows, and are always creating, no matter where they are.
